All frozen and/or perishable products are shipped in Styrofoam
vaults with either dry ice or gel packs to maintain the optimal temperature for
any given product. To ensure the highest level of freshness and quality;
perishable and frozen products will only be shipped on weekdays where they will
not be in transit over the weekend to ensure timely delivery and to minimize
time in transit. If your order contains both grocery products (dry goods) and
perishable and/or frozen products the grocery part of your order will ship
within two business days after receipt of your order while the remainder of
perishable and/or frozen products will ship only weekdays where they will not
be in transit over the weekend. All ice cream and highly perishable products
will be required to ship overnight air in order to maintain an optimal
temperature.
