How do i place an order? |
| You can place an order over the internet or over the phone with one of our customer representatives.
Placing an order online you must make a new user log in. After you have done this you can begin to add items on your REVIEW CART and always make sure to save your cart. This way you can have it there no matter what. |

| In order to track you must log into your account. On the right column once you are logged in you must click on track orders.

How fast can i get my order? |
| You can get next day service but it all depends when you place the order. The shipments are picked up from our location at 5:00pm est.Therefore if you placed the order the night before than it's guaranteed to leave the next day. If you place it after 12 noon that day then it will have to take an additional day and leave the next following day. This particularly goes for perishable items. The next day service you are paying for is the transit time from our facility to our your home. |

How do i check the status of my order? |
| You can usually log in to our website and log into your account with us. It will tell you if its been processed. If it is not than you can always contact us and find out what the hold up might be. |

Do i get any kind of discount? |
| Yes we do give out coupons and there is no minimum order. All you have got to do is check your e-mails. We usually send out monthly coupons and we hope to do more in the future. |

I recieved my order but a few items are missing what do i do? |
| When items are shipped out it is sent with the original invoice that was printed out in the morning. That does not mean that everything on the invoice was sent. In order for you to look at the final invoice and what was sent is for you to track your order online and view the final invoice. It is usually e-mailed to you once the order has been shipped out.
If you pay through credit car it will automatically be credited back to your credit card.
If you paid through pay pal you must contact us and we will assist you. |

| As you proceed to checkout you must always read everything. We try to inform you to the fullest.
If you do not like substitutions than all you must do is in a box provided as you are checking out state that you will not like any items substituted.
We do this only with items that we do not have and the only difference may be the name brand.We respect your choice so if you don't want us to substitute please read carefully and tell us. Other wise we state that we will only if we are told not to. |

If i orderd an item but do not want it, can i send it back? |
| Our customer satisfaction is what we care about the most. If you are not satisfied then we do apologize it was not what you expected.
