Shipping Rates: There are many things that can affect the cost of your Shipping Fee; a few are quantity of Boxes, Weight, Shipping Destinations (zip code), and Shipping Method ex: Ground Service (3-5 Business days) or Next Day Air (overnight).

There will be additional fee of $35.00 on special requests for orders that  ship out on Friday***

To get an accurate Shipping Estimate you must add your desired items into the Shopping Cart, and then click on the green button that says “Shipping Estimate” a pop up window will appear. There you will select the State where the order will be sent and the destination zip code, then you must select the correct shipping Carrier and Method for your order (Please note if your order contains any of the following: Frozen, Dairy, Meat or Perishable items you must select Next Day Air, any order that does not have the correct Shipping Method for those items will automatically be changed to the correct method and a additional fee will be charged to the order without any customer notification (No Exceptions). All Packages will be Ship via UPS

PLEASE NOTE**If you are purchasing more than 10 items of a consists item  weighing 3lbs or more an extra shipping fee may apply due to heavy weight and multiple quantities of the item.

We do not ship International nor to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or to APO address. All orders that contain any of the following shipping addresses will be cancel (No Exceptions).

Juicy and tender as the day they were prepared, this unique process immediately locks in the freshness of product from the inside, unlike traditional freezers which slowly freezes the product from the outside and destroy the quality of the merchandise.

With Flash Frozen once your order has arrived you have the option of freezing the product or using your merchandise right away.

What you need to know about your Order: Orders Ship out usually within less than 3 Business days or more (Excluding all Major Jewish Holidays), depending what the order may contain can also delay your shipment. If there is a certain date you need your order by, or are shopping with a food allergy or if you want no substitutions please indicate so under the Special Comment Box before finalizing the order, otherwise we are not responsible for the date the order arrives or if you receive substitutions.

We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products that may become unavailable without customer notification.

Free Shipping: We offer free Ground Service (3-5 Business days) to orders with purchases of $150.00 or more on Dry Goods Only (No Frozen, Dairy, Meat or Perishable items). If you spent $150.00 and your order contains Frozen, Dairy, Meat or Perishable items and you’ve selected the free Ground Service the shipping method will automatically be changed to Next Day Air and you will be charged the difference without any customer notification.

We also offer Free Next DAY Air on orders with purchases of $499.99 and above. The order for Free Next DAY Air may contain Dry Goods and any Frozen, Dairy, Meat or Perishable products. Please note all Free Next Day Air orders are ship out the following; All Frozen, Dairy, Meat or Perishable items are shipped out Next Day Air and all Dry Goods are shipped out Ground Service (No Exceptions)

**If your purchases are above $499.99 and wish to have your entire order shipped out Next Day Air please place the order and request that service under the Special Comment box before you finalize the order. An additional fee will be applied for this service. There will be additional fee of $35.00 on special requests for orders that  ship out on Friday***

Free Delivery: We only offer Free Delivery to Brooklyn from Sunday to Friday & Free Delivery to Manhattan on Mondays and Wednesdays (Excluding all Major Jewish Holidays). Orders must be above $100.00 for Free Delivery; any order under the minimum will pay a delivery fee of $7.50 (No Exceptions).
